The terms of acquisition

Terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry made to Watch of Champions. Acquisition of a timepiece is arranged privately with a specialist under separate terms provided at that time.

Last updated · 22 July 2026

The edition

Each model is produced as a finite edition. Once the stated number of pieces has been issued, the edition is closed and the dies are retired. We do not reopen an edition once it is complete.

Each piece carries a unique edition number, recorded against its keeper in the maison's register.

Enquiry and acquisition

Pieces are offered on enquiry: prices are on request, quoted individually to the specification, currency and delivery you prefer. Submitting an enquiry or appointment request places you under no obligation to purchase.

Any acquisition, together with the price, any deposit and the delivery arrangements, is confirmed with you privately by a specialist under the terms provided at that time. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance or a completed sale.

Delivery and warranty

Where an acquisition proceeds, we arrange insured worldwide delivery; title and risk pass to you on receipt. Each timepiece carries a two-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to fair use and authorised servicing only. We recommend servicing every two to four years, depending on frequency of use, to keep the warranty and the movement in good standing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, and any dispute falls to the competent courts of the maison's seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
