Your data, in confidence
Privacy Policy
Watch of Champions treats your personal information with the same discretion we extend to every collector. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you hold over it.

What we collect
When you join the Register, we collect the email address you provide. When you request a private appointment or enquire about a piece, we collect the name, email, telephone and any message you choose to share, along with the timepiece you are interested in.
We do not take payment on this website and never ask for card details here. Prices are on request; any purchase, deposit or delivery is arranged privately with a specialist, under separate terms provided at that time.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your appointment, and — if you have joined the Register — to tell you about new editions before they are announced publicly.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We never profile you to third parties.
Who processes it
Your enquiry and Register details are stored with our database provider and delivered to our concierge by a reputable email provider, each bound by a data-processing agreement.
These processors are engaged strictly to deliver the service you requested and are contractually barred from using your data for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to assist you and to maintain the relationship you have asked us to begin. Register subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data at any time, and you may withdraw consent to the Register with one instruction. To exercise any of these rights, write to our concierge.
